Find somebody's wish list on Amazon. Pick an inexpensive item and buy it for them. They'll probably talk about it with their friends for weeks. Next time you're at the grocery store stick a five dollar bill in an envelope under somebody's windshield wiper. Don't stick around to watch, just walk on and whistle a happy tune.
